Stress Awareness!

Yes! I have started to actually USE this website/blog whatever, and it was easy. Hmm. And while playing with this “piece of technology”, I closely monitored my stress levels. This is my “scale” that I am using for this,

have been doing this now for several years. Where am I on this scale? Negative is the stress, and positive is the level of fun or “well being”. SUE scale. “Subjective Units of Experience”. And where am I now? Kind of around zero. But that is very surprising for writing a text that I am going to publish on a website. Before I was always around -4 in that situation.

Why is stress important for me?

Because: I want to enjoy! I want to have fun! I want to be happy! And that is not just some philosophical “intention”, or just some “life motto” or such. But I have learned, that… everything is much more interesting and the results are much better, everything “flows” better, when I keep my mood up and as high as possible. Whatever I do becomes more meaningful, when I am “up there”.
